Behavioral Profile Analysis: PDA

PDA – Practical Behavioural Analysis

What is it?

A behavioural profile is a structured representation of a person’s natural behavioural tendencies. It highlights how individuals tend to act, make decisions and relate to others.

PDA (Personal Development Analysis) is an internationally validated assessment tool based on the Personality Theory of William Marston, who studied human behaviour.

It is based on:

  • Perception Theory
  • Self-Concept Theory
  • Self-Consistency
  • Semantic Analysis

Based on the responses given in the questionnaire, the selected words are analysed through multiple combinations, generating a behavioural profile according to the individual’s answers.

It provides a clear and objective description of a person’s behavioural profile, highlighting:

  • Leadership style
  • Decision-making style
  • Communication style
  • Analytical capacity
  • Commercial and sales competencies
  • Current level of motivation
  • Key strengths and competencies
  • Areas for development
